Anxiety Attacks during Depression
May Result in a Feeling of
Potential & Total Disaster.



My Anxiety attacks that I encountered during the depths of my Depression put so much stress on my nervous system that I experienced all the symptoms of some very major physical ailments.


Although my attacks were totally emotional, I believed them to be so true. My Anxiety produced the fear of potential and unknown disaster.


The high adrenalin rushes would start my heart thumping in my chest as though it is going to explode. I could feel its pulse crushing against every solid structure of my body.

If this is happening to You.

You need to stop.

Believe me, you need to STOP.

Stop feeding the negative feelings of your mind and turn the good power of your mind away from the negative rollercoaster associated with your anxiety.


I had to Stop feeding the hunger of my Depression. As I stopped allowing my Depression to feed on my Anxiety Attacks I started to regain my own power.


There are many good books written by highly qualified teachers that can lead you through the darkness.

May I suggest you start with some light and easy reading to stimulate your feelings.


Stay away from the heavy technical stuff to start with. The idea is to feel good not overwhelmed. You will be tired enough from the emotional destruction.


Sometimes a walk and talk with a friend early of a morning breathing the fresh air of the new day can be a good way to work through the after effects of an attack.


I have found the freshness of sunrise can help let my mind relax.The flow of oxygen in my blood always feels good, maybe it rebuilds my nervous system with new good energy.


The power of your mind is huge.

Good strong energy will feed and grow its strength.

You can do it.

Yes you can and asking for help is the start of the building process.

Put yourself into good energy spaces.

Feed you mind with positive powers.

Be proactive.

Fill you time with simple, positive activities.

Set yourself targets that you can achieve.

Don't overload yourself.

I use my morning walks as a form of personal reward and light meditation. I recommend you try it.
